Welcome to our bright, family-friendly villa, centered around its inviting terrace and heated (from mid-May to mid-September) swimming pool (6m x 2m). Nestled in a peaceful residential area bordering a Natura 2000 protected forest, this home offers a serene escape just steps from local attractions.
Discover the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience with our villa's ideal location. Just a 5-minute walk from the prestigious Arcachon International Golf Course and a 10-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Pyla, including the famous La Teste municipal market.
The villa has three bedrooms, including a master suite on the floor with a view of the forest, its own bathroom with shower and corner bath, dressing room and separate toilet.
On the garden level, two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed) share a bathroom with bathtub.
The living/dining room area opens harmoniously onto a fully equipped open kitchen, offering a direct view onto the wooden terrace with a dining area: aperitif, electric plancha and several deckchairs.
Additionally, a separate chalet offers a comfortable reading area with a view of the terrace. There is a 90cm extra bed.
You can easily park 3 vehicles on the property.
All necessary baby equipment can be provided upon request.
