Spacious and sumptuous 170 square meter chalet-style house with GARDEN and SWIMMING POOL located in La Teste-de-Buch.

My house has three bedrooms with four single beds (90x200cm) and two double beds (180x200cm and 160x200cm), a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen equipped with a large extendable dining table, a TV lounge and a cozy corner near the wood stove. It has a beautiful quiet GARDEN where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture to have your meals or aperitifs, and a SWIMMING POOL, heated in season. You can not only relax and sunbathe there but also enjoy the outdoor kitchen and its plancha for convivial meals in the sun.
It is located close to shops, restaurants, butcher, bakery, greengrocers, etc. which are accessible on foot.
Please note: Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
You will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Bluetooth speakers, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Raclette machine, Oven, Iron, Hair dryer, ...
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The location of the villa allows you to do many activities:
- For seaside leisure activities, La Hume Beach is a 6-minute drive away and the many beaches of Arcachon are 10 minutes away.
- For hiking, the starting point of the coastal interpretation trail (at the port of La Hume) is a 5-minute drive away, the Parc de la Chêneraie and the eastern salt meadows are a 16-minute walk away.
- For your bike rides, the cycle path starts at the end of our driveway
- For fun with the kids, the Coccinelle amusement and animal park is a 7-minute drive away
- For movie nights, the Cinéma Grand Ecran is a 5-minute drive from the accommodation.

La Teste-de-Buch is a town located near Arcachon in southwest France.
