PYLA SUR MER - Near the Corniche, and next to the Pyla Tennis Club, charming Gaume-style villa, nicely renovated, 105m² of living space on 2 levels, offering 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor: entrance / laundry room (washing machine and dryer), small bathroom, separate toilet, hallway distributing 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with twin beds 80x190cm & 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x190cm. Upstairs: (access by the interior spiral staircase or exterior straight staircase): dining room and living room (TV, WiFi Internet, WiFi speaker, fireplace), small open kitchen (vitroceramic cooker, combi fridge - freezer, extractor , dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine....), bedroom 4 (bed 140x200cm), wc, bathroom. Enclosed garden of 390m², wooden terrace at the back with equipped summer kitchen, car parks... Access to the Corniche and Dune du Pyla on foot, Le Moulleau by bike (cycle path) approx. 3km and Arcachon town center approx. 8km. Cleaning fee included. Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency, eg: 1 pack 140/160cm sheets + towels = 41€/week - 1 pack 90cm sheets + towels = 31€/week.
