Country house, offering around 110 m² of living space. on one level - 4 bedrooms - on a flat and closed ground of 855 m² offering a green setting all around the house and protecting from all opposite. The living room with open kitchen is through: the lounge area (sofa & two leather relax armchairs, flat screen TV, WIFI internet) opens onto a covered terrace on the South side (PVC garden furniture, hammock and Chilean) and the kitchen area ( dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer) opens onto a north-facing wooden terrace on the back garden (PVC garden furniture, 2 PVC sun loungers, barbecue).
