Located in a peaceful residential area, this contemporary villa of approximately 120 m² on 2 levels offers a wooded and enclosed garden of 950 m², with 4 bedrooms (accommodating 9 people) and 2 terraces.
GROUND FLOOR (street level): Entrance, Corridor leading to a small shower room, 1st bedroom facing West: 2 bunk beds (90 cm), closet, 2nd bedroom facing South: 1 bed (160 cm), closet / wardrobe, Bathroom, separate WC, Separate equipped kitchen (4-burner vitro hob, refrigerator with freezer section, traditional oven, microwave oven, Nespresso machine), with access to the North terrace, Large dining room / Living room (TV, sofa) benefiting from two exposures: North and South, with access to the terraces.
