Comfortable GAUME style villa for 11 people in the pleasant district of Pyla-sur-Mer - WIFI This family villa of 140m² on 2 levels is located on a spacious wooded plot and consists of: A living room with a sofa, a flat screen TV, WIFI, a large table and chairs. A fully equipped separate kitchen (SMEG refrigerator, oven, 3 induction hobs, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, grain roaster, toaster, kettle, etc.) A bedroom with a 180cm bed, a chest of drawers and a second with a super king size bed (2m x 2m) both adjoining a bathroom with a bath, double basin, heated towel rail and cupboards/wardrobe and a separate WC. On the ground floor accessible only from the outside is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer as well as a freezer. A third bedroom with a super king size bed, a fourth bedroom with a super king size bed and a wardrobe, then a fifth bedroom with a super king size bed and a 90cm bed, a chest of drawers and a sink.
