"Popette" Room: Featuring a unique artwork by a talented local artist, this room exudes authenticity and creativity. It features a 90cm trundle bed, which converts into two beds, as well as a large work desk. With its soothing garden view, it's an ideal space for combining rest and concentration.
The "Surf" Suite: Offering stunning views of the Arcachon Bay, this room is decorated with a surfing theme, featuring a captivating photograph of a surfer in action amidst the volcanic rocks of Lanzarote. It features a 160 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The "Gerval" Suite: Famous for one of its iconic photographs, this room offers a serene atmosphere with unobstructed views of the surrounding nature. It features a 160 cm bed, a large desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower level:
The "80s" Room: A tribute to the 80s with vibrant, pop decor. It features one of the Swatch watches and colorful artwork by artist Romero Britto, reflecting the vitality of Brazil. With a 180 cm bed and a 140 cm bed, it can be considered a family room.
On this level you will also find a shower area and a separate toilet.
The "Auguste" Suite: This suite features an original work by a renowned Bordeaux artist. It features a 140 cm bed, an extra sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A pleasant space, perfect for a stay combining comfort and inspiration.
PARKING:
Two parking spaces are available in front of the villa, or you have access inside the property for even more vehicles, although the parking is on a slope. An 11 kW charging station is available for electric vehicles.
CAUTION
A €3,000 bank deposit will be required as part of your rental. Managed by the secure online service Swikly, this deposit is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not impact your bank card usage limits.

PETS
Pets are allowed in the house, subject to prior request. A fee of €50 per pet per week will be charged.
