The house is located on the heights of La Teste-de-Buch which is a commune located next to Arcachon, in the South West of France.
It is located on a street with many villas, near the Abatilles district of Arcachon where there are shops, a stone's throw from the Arcachon Golf Course. A 5-minute drive from the La Teste de Buch supermarket. It is a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of Arcachon Bay, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse. While walking around town, you can notice some old buildings such as the Saint-Vincent church or the Maison Verthamon, the current Town Hall, which gives a particular authenticity and history. Right in the town center, you will also discover the oyster port where you can stop to taste delicious oysters.
