This spacious and recently renovated villa offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.
Ideally located, the villa is just steps from the magnificent Pereire Beach, renowned as one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. With its vast stretch of sand, it offers the perfect setting for relaxation. A pedestrian and cycle path runs along the beach, ideal for strolls with family or friends, and children's playgrounds are also available for the enjoyment of youngsters.
Ground floor:
An entrance hall leads to a library lounge with a piano and desk, as well as a second living room with a fireplace. The separate, fitted kitchen adjoins the dining room, providing a welcoming space for meals. A guest toilet is also available.
floor:
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds share a bathroom with a bathtub. The master suite has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet is located on this level.
Second floor:
This level includes a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an adjoining shower room, as well as a TV room. Another bathroom with a shower and an additional bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) complete this floor.
This villa offers an ideal setting to accommodate between 8 and 10 people.
