ARCACHON – LE MOULLEAU – PORTION OF VILLA AT 150 M FROM THE BEACH
In the main commercial street of the lively district of Moulleau, part of a villa of approximately 61 m2 with including 2 bedrooms, a garden and a parking place.
Entry by the living room (corner sofa, TV, Internet / WI-fi), which is exposed North – dining Room exposed North – Bathroom (newly renovated) – Release distributing separate TOILET – 1st bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, wardrobe / closet) facing South – 2nd bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed mezzanine in 140) exposed to the South – Cooked separate, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, 3 burner gas, 1 plate, elec., oven, extractor hood, washing machine) with access to the outside (back of villa).
Garden with furniture (garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol...). Possibility to park a vehicle within the curtilage of the property safely. Shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, pastry shop, grocery store, cafes / restaurants, newsagent, tobacconist...). Garden shed available to store bikes, beach accessories... Neighbourhood is very popular and very crowded during the summer season. NB : The floor of the housing is not included in the rent.
