In the magnificent and historic district of Ville d'Hiver in Arcachon, this superb villa in pure Arcachonnais style on 4 levels with all the great comforts will enchant your family vacation.
Its garden, its heated swimming pool 9.50x3.70m, its two terraces and its quiet neighborhood environment, make this Villa a haven of peace while being close and accessible on foot or by bike, from the most beautiful beaches of Arcachon (including Pereire beach), the city centers of Arcachon or Moulleau.
