- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its lack of vis-à-vis.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The location of the accommodation allows you to:
- to visit Arcachon and follow the coastline passing through Les Abatilles;
- to see the small Port de la Hume;
- board the boats of the oyster farmers and professional fishermen from the small port of Facture d’Andernos-les-Bains;
- to take walks on the Bassin (by pinnace) and around to Cap Ferret (by car). There are also restaurants on the edge (super nice);
- to go to Biscarosse (very nice);
- to climb the Dune of Pilat.
Please note that you can park in the property's driveway.

Gujan-Mestras is a town located in the Arcachon Bay. Its seafront stretches for 7 kilometers and is home to 7 ports that you can explore via the coastal path; you will be able to observe their boats of all kinds, taste fresh oysters or simply enjoy the landscape and the smell of the sea. A little further, you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of Arcachon Bay, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
Also discover the Bassin des Loisirs which offers amusement parks, swimming pools, golf courses, nightclubs, restaurants and accommodations that will allow you to have a complete and fun stay.
