In a peaceful residential area, just steps from Notre-Dame Basilica and the Croix des Marins pier, this recently built house of approximately 120 m² can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers a particularly pleasant living environment, with three bedrooms, a garage, a veranda, and a garden with mature trees. On the ground floor, the entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe opens onto a spacious and bright living area comprising a lounge with a sofa and television, as well as a welcoming dining area. The separate, fully equipped kitchen (conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, etc.) even has a television. A utility room completes the layout, including a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, ample storage, and a large freezer. A hallway leads to a separate toilet, a shower room, and a bedroom facing east, opening onto the garden, furnished with a double bed (140cm), wardrobes, and a television. Upstairs, the landing provides access to two further bedrooms: one facing north, overlooking the garden, with a queen-size bed (160cm), wardrobe/closet, and television; the other facing south, overlooking the street, equipped with two single beds (90cm) and storage. A bathroom with double vanity and a separate toilet complete this level. The furnished veranda extends the living spaces into a garden with mature trees, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers, ideal for relaxation. The garage, with an automatic door, provides parking for one vehicle.
The house, in excellent condition, is very well equipped (Internet/Wi-Fi) and decorated in a contemporary style. Its location is ideal: the municipal market is about a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is less than five minutes away. Pets are not allowed.
