ARCACHON, ABATILLES – HOUSE WITH GARDEN
Located in a peaceful and residential area, just 5 minutes by car from the Pereire beaches, this charming 65 m² house rests on a wooded plot of more than 420 m². It offers two bedrooms, two terraces and a garden, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to six people.
Entrance is through the fully equipped kitchen, including a gas cooker with three gas rings and an electric hob, an oven, a dishwasher, an American fridge, a washing machine, a microwave and a coffee maker. Nespresso. The kitchen is arranged so that meals can be taken there. The living room, equipped with a television and two sofas (one of which converts to 140), is ideal for relaxing. A corridor leads to the bedroom equipped with a 180 cm double bed, and to the second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. The bathroom includes a WC. Each bedroom opens onto a beautiful terrace with furniture, offering a pleasant view of the garden.
At the back of the house, hidden from view, there is a large garden with a terrace equipped with furniture.
The house is well equipped and spacious, benefiting from an ideal geographical location: 1.5 km from the beach and the town center (20 minutes on foot), and 400 m from a grocery store with bread supply.
