Entrance via dining room – Equipped US kitchen (refrigerator with freezer section, traditional oven, microwave oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher) – 1st mezzanine (lit by Velux window): 1 bed 140 – Living room (1 sofa bed in 140, large TV) – Shower room with WC and washing machine – 2nd mezzanine (lit by Velux window): 2 beds in 90. Plenty of storage / cupboards. Pretty terrace of about 15 m² facing south-east, with a small pond with fish, furniture and barbecue. Good location: Hypermarket at 400 m, bakery at 450 m and market (place des marquises) at 700 m. Easy parking (avenues Michel de Montaigne / Victor Hugo). Pets not allowed.
