A hallway leads to a separate WC, a shower room, a west-facing bedroom with two single beds (90 cm, 19th-century nautical style), and a second west-facing bedroom (seagrass flooring) with a double bed (140 cm) and independent access to the garden.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available upon request to the owner. Enclosed garden with furniture. Street parking.
