In Arcachon, in the sought-after Ville d'Automne district, less than 300 meters from the beach, in the heart of a peaceful and green residential environment bordered by charming Arcachon villas: pleasant studio that can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the 3rd floor with elevator of a secure, high-standard residence.
Entrance with a sleeping alcove and a single bed (80cm), shower room with WC, living area comprising a fully equipped kitchenette with a conventional oven, microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher, two-burner induction hob, extractor hood, and Nespresso coffee machine, dining area, lounge area with a sofa, a fold-down double bed (140cm), and ample storage. A pleasant east-facing balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers a lovely view overlooking the street, the surrounding greenery, and the bell tower of Saint-Ferdinand Church.
Very well equipped and attractively decorated, the apartment enjoys a prime location: the beach is less than 300 meters away, and the nearest shops, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent and tobacconist, are about 550 meters away. A private parking space is included.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin", code vacances33. Cancellation insurance is included; membership is optional. Departure cleaning is included, provided the rental is maintained normally and regularly during your stay. No smoking, please.
