ARCACHON AIGUILLON - FISHING PORT
Located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator and swimming pool, this charming studio of just under 30 m², presented in impeccable condition, can accommodate up to 3 people.
The entrance hall leads to a bathroom with a toilet and a very practical storage room/dressing room for clothes, suitcases, and groceries. The living area comprises a dining space with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric hob, extractor hood, microwave), a sofa bed, and a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (140 cm). When folded away, this easily creates a comfortable sofa. The approximately 5 m² balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers an unobstructed view of the fish market and the residence's swimming pool. Its east-facing orientation guarantees plenty of sunshine, ideal for enjoying your relaxation time.
A private parking space, accessible by remote control, is also available. The swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 30th, from 9:30 am to 9 pm, will allow you to enjoy refreshing moments throughout the summer season. The immediate proximity of the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundromat, etc.) and the beaches of L'Aiguillon will make your stay most enjoyable.
