ARCACHON, BEACH ROAD – 2ND ROW, FACING THE BEACH!
Located on the 4th and top floor of a secure residence with elevator, this spacious 80 m² two-bedroom apartment, with North/South exposure, offers generous living spaces, remarkable brightness and two pleasant balconies, complemented by a secure private parking space.
Access is via a private outdoor patio-walkway, already offering a beautiful view of the Arcachon Basin. An entrance hall with a closet leads to a separate toilet, a pantry, and then a large, fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, range hood, gas cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, etc.). The south-facing living room comprises a TV lounge area with a sofa and a dining area incorporating a 140cm sofa bed. This space opens directly onto a south-facing balcony, ideal for soaking up the sun. A hallway leads to a full bathroom, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a bidet. The bedroom, also south-facing, has two 90cm single beds that can be pushed together with motorized adjustment, a large wardrobe, and direct access to the second balcony. The second bedroom, facing north, boasts a superb view of the Arcachon Basin and is furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. The two balconies, each approximately 4.5 m², are equipped with outdoor furniture and awnings, offering pleasant shade and a lovely view of the Ville d'Été (Summer Town). The apartment is very well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable, with internet/Wi-Fi access, and enjoys an exceptional location: the municipal market is about 150 meters away, the beach 20 meters, and the famous Thiers pier just 170 meters. A designated, secure, and uncovered parking space is included. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promotional code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the apartment is kept in normal and regular condition during your stay.
