In a sea-side residence, studio of 33m2 on the ground floor can accommodate up to 6 people.
Entrance with closet, 2 beds in 80 (x-200) bunk – fitted Kitchen (small fridge, extractor hood, 2 hobs., microwave, dishwasher 6 cutlery...) – Living room facing South (view parking) with TV, sofa-bed (sleeps 2) and table for dining – Living room facing South (view parking) with BZ in 140 – Bathroom (1 walk for access to the shower) with TOILET, washing-dryer machine.
Access to the beach from the residence. Street parking (free of charge). No pets or smokers PLEASE. Bed linen are provided. Internet / WI-fi. 1 bike and baby equipment (high chair & travel cot) at disposal. Very well equipped apartment, decorated in contemporary style.
Possibility of cleaning at end of stay (from 48 € to 250 € depending on the accommodation) and rental of linen (sheets, towels...)
