In a secure residence, on the 5th floor with elevator, nice studio cabin about 26 m2 fully renovated with a nice open view on the city and the basin of Arcachon. Parking.
Entrance leading to a bathroom – Cabin (1 pull-out bed for 2 sleeping places) with window – Kitchen (small refrigerator, microwave, 2 plate induction) – facing Living North with TV, sofa bed (sleeps 1), table to take meals.
Place de parking nominative. Apartment very bright and very nice, contemporary decor, easy maintenance. No pets. Possibility of cleaning at end of stay (from 48 € to 250 € depending on the accommodation) and rental of linen (sheets, towels...) via our partner LocLinge.
