ARCACHON, AUTUMN CITY – LESS THAN 300 M FROM THE BEACH!
In a peaceful residential area surrounded by greenery and charming Arcachon villas, is this apartment type apartment, approximately 57 m², which can accommodate up to 5 people, with two balconies, in a secure luxury residence on the 3rd floor with elevator.
The entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, a freezer, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker and a four-burner induction hob. Separated from the living room by a worktop, it communicates with the dining room and the living room, furnished with armchairs, TV and a 120 cm sofa bed, all opening onto a pleasant west-facing terrace. A corridor then leads to a cabin, a windowless space equipped with an 80 cm bed, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and plenty of storage space. Further on, a bathroom with a towel dryer, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, offering direct access to a second balcony also facing west. The two balconies, furnished with outdoor furniture, offer an unobstructed view of a green setting without any vis-à-vis. The living room one is also equipped with an awning, ideal for enjoying the space while protecting yourself from the sun.
The apartment is very well equipped and enjoys a privileged location: the beach is accessible in less than 300 meters, and the shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagent/tobacco shop) are 550 meters away. Although there is no dedicated parking, parking in the area is free and easy. Pets are not allowed. Departure cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
