On the 1st floor of a secure residence with elevator, pleasant studio apartment with balcony and private parking space.
The entrance opens onto a cabin equipped with two bunk beds (80 cm) and a wardrobe. A corridor leads to a shower room with WC.
The living room, facing East, includes a recent and functional kitchenette (2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave oven, mini-oven…), a folding table with stools, as well as a pull-out bed (2 beds of 80 cm, which can be pushed together) which serves as a sofa during the day, and a television.
The covered balcony, facing east and furnished with outdoor furniture, offers an unobstructed view of the neighboring residence's parking lot, without direct overlooking. A designated, uncovered parking space completes this property.
Charming and easy-to-maintain apartment, ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundry…) and the beaches of Aiguillon.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is available (optional). End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the accommodation is kept in normal condition during your stay.
