ARCACHON, NOTRE-DAME BASILICA – 200 M FROM THE BEACH!
Just an 8-minute walk from the city center, at the foot of the Notre-Dame d'Arcachon basilica which houses the famous "sailors' chapel", is this apartment 52 m² apartment on the floor of a very well maintained villa , divided into several apartments. This comfortable apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of the following elements: An entrance corridor leading to separate toilets - A north-facing bedroom (view of the villas and the greenery) with a double bed (160 cm) and large cupboards/wardrobes - A bathroom water accessible from the bedroom, equipped with a walk-in shower - A living room facing north (view of the Notre-Dame basilica) including an equipped American kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, traditional oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, hood, dishwasher, washer-dryer) separated from the dining room by a bar - A living room with convertible sofa (160 cm) and TV.
The villa has an Internet connection (WIFI) accessible to all apartments. The apartment is in excellent condition, very well equipped, with modern and refined decoration.
