It consists of an entrance with a cupboard/wardrobe opening onto the living room with a 140cm sofa bed, a flat screen TV, WIFI, a dining table and 4 chairs, an equipped and fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, 2 ceramic hob, cooker hood, combined microwave oven, traditional coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, etc.), A bedroom with two 90 cm beds to be pushed together to make a 180 cm bed and a cupboard/wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower cabin, a basin, a heated towel rail, a washing machine and a WC Private parking space (overhead) and cycle path on the seafront. Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the beach of the small marina. Household linen not provided, animals not accepted, non-smoking accommodation.
