Arcachon - Petit Port / Saint-Ferdinand district - Direct access to the Port de Plaisance, 300m from Eyrac beach which has a wooden boardwalk on the sand leading to the town centre! Apartment of 38 m² on the top floor (elevator) offering a neat and warm decoration, comprising on the ground floor: - an entrance with a large cupboard - an equipped kitchen (washing machine, no dishwasher) with a bar area and a small side table attached to the bar -a living room that opens onto a balcony on the south side with a view of the Saint Ferdinand Church: sofa bed (140 cm), bench seat under the stairs, storage unit and shelf, TV, WIFI -a bathroom (bathtub, heated towel rail) Upstairs: stairway leading to a large bedroom (no connecting door, 140 cm bed, wardrobe, TV, fan). This room overlooks a beautiful terrace with a view of the pool. No private parking but possibility of parking vehicle in the small free streets located in front of the residence. A beautiful duplex Appartement to spend a great holiday in Arcachon, close to the beaches, the port, the market in the center of Aiguillon every Wednesday during the summer and its shops. Linen not provided, possibility of renting through the agency, eg: 1 pack of 160 cm sheets + towels = 41 Euros/week - 1 pack of 90 cm sheets + towels = 31 Euros/week. Optional cleaning fee 60 Euros Discovery of the natural environment of the Bassin d'Arcachon: the ports, the parks and the oyster huts, the source of the Abatilles, the beaches of the basin and the ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla, the Landes forest, the lakes. Sports (equestrian center, golf, water sports, cycling, etc.) or cultural activities (commented tour of the Quartier de la ville d'hiver, workshops for children and adults at the MAAT, theatre, cinema, exhibitions, concerts..) are rich in Arcachon. We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
