Located on the Boulevard de la Plage in Arcachon, just 100 meters from the beach and shops, this apartment Apartment of approximately 38 m² welcomes you on the 2nd floor of a secure residence, accessible by elevator. It has 2 balconies and a parking space.
Upon entering, you will discover an equipped American kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, an extractor hood and a washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet. The bedroom, facing north, is furnished with 2 90 cm beds, a closet/wardrobe and offers access to a second balcony. The living/dining room, also facing north, is equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed, a television and offers access to a balcony. This north balcony, approximately 5 m², is equipped with furniture and offers a view of the street with a glimpse of the Arcachon basin in the distance. A parking space is included.
