ARCACHON, 250 M FROM THE CENTRAL BEACHES OF ARCACHON
Located in a quiet one-way street with parking, within a small house divided into co-ownership, this duplex apartment, located on the 1st and top floor, offers a pleasant and functional living environment.
The entrance opens onto a hallway leading to a windowless bedroom furnished with a double sofa bed (140cm), a laundry room with a washer-dryer and storage, and a shower room with WC. The main room comprises a dining area, a lounge area with a sofa and television, and, in an alcove, a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. This area opens onto a quiet, south-facing terrace, offering complete privacy and equipped with an awning and outdoor furniture. Upstairs, a duplex with limited ceiling height, is accessed via a steep staircase of approximately twelve narrow steps. This room, lit by a Velux window, is furnished with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a television.
The apartment is well-equipped and ideally located for walking everywhere: beaches and a Monoprix supermarket are 250 meters away, the municipal market (Place des Marquises) is 450 meters away, and Arcachon train station is 950 meters away. Access to the apartment is via a shared staircase of approximately twenty steps. Street parking is free.
