ARCACHON, WINTER TOWN – ELEGANT FAMILY VILLA, 900 M FROM THE BEACH!
In the heart of the highly sought-after Ville d'Hiver district, an elegant contemporary villa inspired by Arcachon, offering over 90 m² of living space on three levels, combining generous volumes and high-quality amenities.
The main level opens onto an entrance hall leading, on one side, to a bright, cathedral-ceilinged living room facing northeast, furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a television, extending onto a pleasant terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery and the typical villas of Arcachon. On the other side, a beautiful, southwest-facing living area includes a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American-style refrigerator), opening onto a private, sunny courtyard. Upstairs, a landing leads to two bedrooms, each with dual northeast/southwest exposure and a private balcony. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) with storage. The second offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a sofa bed (140 cm) and a single bed on a mezzanine. A shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet completes this level. In the basement, a garage has been converted into a laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment) and a storage area. The carefully landscaped exterior features garden furniture on each terrace, allowing you to fully enjoy the different exposures throughout the day. A private parking space is included, with free street parking also available. Ideally located: central beaches and the municipal market are 900 meters away, and shops are within easy walking distance (supermarket 650 meters).
