ARCACHON, CITY Of AUTUMN – HOME COMTEMPORARY 450 M FROM THE BEACH
At the end of an impasse, in a quiet residential area, contemporary house of a little over 60 m2 on 2 levels, with balcony, terrace and garden.
DRC : Entry on stay (sofa bed 140, TV, etc.) / fully equipped Kitchen (3 plate induction, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso, oven...) exposed South-and West – Corridor with cupboards (including inside washer / dryer and microwave) – Bathroom with TOILET – 1st bedroom facing the North, with 1 bed in 140.
Upper FLOOR (access by spiral staircase to a fortnight of walking) : 2nd South-facing room, access to the balcony : 2 stowaway beds (4 mattress 80 could be 2 beds in 160) – shower Room with TOILET.
Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue,... synthetic Turf. Reversible air-conditioning. Internet / WI-fi. Electric shutters. House very well equipped, modern, and easy maintenance. Parking in the dead end or adjacent streets. Not d'animals. The white linens n'is not provided.
