A deposit of €2,000 is required on collection of the keys, either by cheque or in cash.
The deposit must be paid in order to stay at the house.
Credit card deposits are not accepted on site.
The house is located in a residential area, where most of the neighbours live all year round, and they are all very friendly. Parties are not permitted to preserve the peace and quiet of the estate.
