NEW: This beautiful villa is ideally located in a peaceful area, close to the beach and the town centre. It's a 'walk to everything' destination, with restaurants and shops just minutes away.
The villa is very well equipped, including free internet access. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large, unoverlooked garden. A beautiful covered terrace, with plancha and sink, faces the pool.
A separate annex is occupied by the owners.

Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom with a 160cm bed, three bedrooms each with two twin 90cm beds. Duvets, undersheets and pillows are provided.

Cleaning on departure is included.
Bed linen is optional. The bed linen kit includes: bottom sheet, duvet cover, pillow case per person.
Prices for linen: linen for a double bed: 21€/bed/stay; linen for a single bed: 18€/bed/stay; set of two towels: 7.50€/person/stay; bath mat: 3.50€; set of two kitchen towels: 3.50€.
