On the 1st floor of a recent, perfectly maintained and secure residence, discover this 4-room apartment of approximately 84 m², complemented by a private parking space and a pleasant balcony.
Upon entering, a built-in wardrobe provides convenient storage and leads to a shower room with WC, as well as a bright and spacious west-facing bedroom furnished with a double bed (140cm) and built-in storage. The welcoming and well-designed living area comprises a particularly well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, mini-oven, microwave, extractor hood, and four-burner electric hob. A bar with stools subtly separates this space from the lounge and dining area, which features a large, comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining table. A hallway leads to a second shower room with WC and washing machine, as well as a room that can be used as a bedroom or cabin. This room has a high window overlooking bedroom 3, offering complete privacy, and is equipped with a fold-down double bed (140cm) that converts into a sofa when folded away, a television, and a wardrobe. The third bedroom, also west-facing, has two single beds (80cm) pushed together and storage space. Outside, a west-facing balcony of approximately 5m² overlooking the street provides a pleasant space to enjoy a coffee or relax at the end of the day. The apartment is very well-equipped, notably with Wi-Fi internet access, easy to maintain, and decorated in a contemporary style.
