ARCACHON, POINTE DE L'AIGUILLON: AT THE FOOT OF THE BEACH!
On the floor of a luxury residence with elevator, this 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 80 m² benefits from an exceptional location, at the foot of Aiguillon beach and the famous oyster huts. Offering two bedrooms, two covered balconies, and a secure double garage in the basement, it combines comfort and practicality.
Large entrance with storage, opens onto a 1st bedroom facing North-West, equipped with 2 beds in 90 cm, a wardrobe and giving access to the 1st balcony overlooking the gardens of the residence. The separate kitchen, fully fitted and equipped (refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, traditional and microwave ovens, dishwasher and washing machine), also opens onto this balcony. The 2nd bedroom, with a double bed of 140 cm, benefits from the same exterior access and a large storage space. A bathroom with bidet as well as a separate toilet with hand basin complete this sleeping area.
The spacious and bright living room includes a lounge with a sofa bed (160 cm) and television, as well as a dining area. It opens onto a second south-east-facing balcony, offering a panoramic view of the Arcachon bay and the Aiguillon beaches. Each balcony, covered and furnished, allows you to enjoy it at any time of the day, depending on the sunshine and the view. The spacious and well-equipped apartment has an Internet/WIFI connection. Its location is ideal: 550 meters from the center of Aiguillon with its shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist) and only 2.5 kilometers from Arcachon city center. Pets are not allowed.
