Able to accommodate 6 people, this accommodation, cool in summer, is composed of three bedrooms with two single beds, two double beds, and a baby bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a very large screen television. The bedroom with the 2 single beds will be modular according to your wishes: 2 separate single beds / a double bed / a single bed with a desk for teleworking.
In addition, high-speed Wi-Fi works very well throughout the house, which will make teleworking even easier (+ RJ45 socket ensuring a high-speed connection of 1GB with fiber).
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a furnished TERRACE with no overlooked views, which will be very much appreciated on beautiful sunny days!
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is ideally located 15 minutes walk from the Pointe d'Aiguillon beach!
At the same distance, access the Port with its fish market, restaurants, shops and market, a small village town center all in itself.
You will find many bike rental shops nearby, so you can take advantage of the cycle paths that crisscross the city and the bay.
The KiteSurf Spot Les Arbousiers is a 20-minute bike ride for kitesurfing fans and the Cercle de la Voile d'Arcachon is 6 minutes away for sailing enthusiasts.
The city center is a 12-minute bike ride away. Here you'll find must-see attractions like the Arcachon Casino, the Winter Town District, and the Sainte Cécile Observatory.
For your daily shopping needs, you will find a Lidl and a Casino Shop, a 3-minute and 13-minute walk away respectively.

You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, strolling around the harbor, or even taking a boat to Bird Island. The Winter Town is a neighborhood where you can discover eccentric and original architecture, including mosaics, Gothic mansions, and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilât, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of Arcachon Bay, the forest, and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
