The advantage of this accommodation is that it is very close to the BEACH, warm, quiet, and yet close to the city center with its shops and entertainment. It is perfect for a vacation with family or friends!
Able to accommodate 6 people, it is composed of three bedrooms with two single beds and two double beds, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a shower room and a cozy living room with a television and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.
All the bedding is new.
Free public parking is located next to the church adjacent to the apartment.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is ideally located 3 minutes from the nearest beach, 15 minutes walk from Arcachon's central beach; and 11 minutes by car from Pointe de l'Aiguillon beach.
You will find numerous bicycle rental shops to take advantage of the cycle paths that crisscross the city and the bay;
The KiteSurf Spot Les Arbousiers is a 6-minute drive away for kitesurfing fans and the Cercle de la Voile d'Arcachon is 11 minutes away for sailing enthusiasts.
The city center is a 15-minute walk away, where you will find the Arcachon Casino, the Winter Town District and the Sainte Cécile Observatory.
For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket 100 meters away.
You can also enjoy the region's riches and understand why the Arcachon basin is so popular: walks, water sports, boat trips, etc.

Arcachon is a commune in the southwest of France, located in the Gironde department. This is an opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities through the many hiking trails, bike paths, and lakes ideal for water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, strolling around the harbor, or even taking a boat to Bird Island. The Winter Town is a neighborhood where you can discover eccentric and original architecture, including mosaics, Gothic mansions, and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of Arcachon Bay, the forest, and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
It is a charming town that perfectly combines a renowned seaside resort with a typical small town with the scent of pine and sea salt.

- Dune du Pilat is a 17-minute drive away. You can also take the minibuses that serve the entire basin, including the Dune (lines marked in blue on the roadway). The timetables are available at your accommodation.
- Moorish Park 4 minutes by car, or 15 minutes on foot
- Bird Island accessible by boat: numerous walks offered from the Thiers Jetty in the center of Arcachon.
- Cap Ferret 1 hour 26 minutes by car or 1/2 hour by boat.
