Located on Avenue St-Arnaud, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame Basilica, this 42 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a luxury residence, on one of the most beautiful avenues in the city of Printemps. Just 250 meters from the beaches, this apartment offers a pleasant and peaceful setting.
The entrance leads to a large closet/dressing room. The apartment has an east-facing bedroom with two 90 cm beds pushed together (i.e., one 180 cm bed), a small closet, and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. The living room, with a dining area, television, and a sofa, opens onto the balcony. The separate kitchen, equipped with two electric hotplates, a small 4-place dishwasher, and a small refrigerator, is lit by a window. The east-facing balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers an unobstructed view of the Ville de Printemps and the surrounding residences. Please note: The decor and amenities are decidedly dated, reflecting another era.
