In a popular residential area, discover this beautiful Basque-style villa, perfectly maintained and divided into two dwellings. Upstairs, a T4 apartment of approximately 90 m² awaits you, offering 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 beds, as well as a terrace.
The entrance, with plenty of storage, leads to a welcoming living room, facing west, with a television, a sofa, two armchairs and a fireplace with insert. A corridor leads to a 1st large bedroom facing north, equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The toilet is separate and has a washbasin. The 2nd bedroom, without a window, has two single beds (90 cm). The 3rd bedroom, accessible from the 2nd bedroom or the terrace, also has a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom is accessible from the 1st or 2nd bedroom. The large kitchen, completely renovated, is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator with a water dispenser, a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a 6-burner gas hob, allowing you to eat on site.
At the back of the villa, a terrace of approximately 11 m², facing south and furnished, offers a pleasant view of the greenery. The apartment is accessible by about ten steps. Parking is guaranteed in front of the villa gate for one vehicle, with free spaces available on the street.
