In a peaceful environment, this T4 apartment (three bedrooms) of approximately 110 m² can accommodate up to 6 people, with two terraces, located on the floor of a contemporary house.
You enter through an airlock and climb ten steps to access a large, bright living room, benefiting from two exposures (north and south). It includes an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, traditional oven), a dining room and a comfortable living room with sofas, armchairs, television with sound bar and a beautiful fireplace. From here you have access to the north and south facing terraces. A corridor leads to a master suite facing north with access to the north terrace: a 160 cm bed, a television, a bathroom with adjoining WC. There is then a second bedroom facing south with two 90cm beds (motorized to form a 180cm bed) and a cupboard, as well as a third bedroom also facing south with a 160cm bed and a cupboard/wardrobe. Separate WC and a bathroom with washing machine complete this layout.
The two terraces, one facing south (accessible from the living room) and a second "L" shaped terrace of approximately 60 m² facing south and west, are equipped with furniture. The one facing north offers a magnificent 180° view of the small port of Arcachon, its boats and its basin. The apartment has a modern and refined decoration, is very well equipped (Internet/WIFI) and benefits from a quiet environment. A parking space is available within the grounds of the house (or free street parking if necessary). Its geographical location is privileged: the beaches are 300 meters away, the shops (butcher, greengrocer, etc.) 150 meters away, the center of Aiguillon (bakery, supermarket, press) 500 meters away and the municipal market 1, 7 kilometers.
