Arcachon - Ville d'Hiver district just next to the Parc Mauresque- 5 mins walk from the city center by taking the Parc Mauresque lift and close to the beaches. In a beautiful Arcachonnaise house, Studio of 27 m² living space on the ground floor, for 2 people, opening onto a quiet terrace and garden of 78 m²: - A small entrance, an equipped kitchen which opens onto the terrace with a high bar and 2 stools - A living room which opens onto the terrace and the garden: convertible sofa (sleeps 2 people), 2 bedside tables, 1 table with extension leaves and 4 chairs, no TV, large cupboard, shelf and wardrobe. -A bathroom: Italian shower, 1 washbasin with furniture (no hair dryer) and 1 WC, 1 secure and airy parking space, terrace and garden. An ideal studio to spend a great holiday in Arcachon. Linen not provided, possibility of renting some via the agency, eg: 1 pack of 160 cm sheets + towels = 42 Euros/week - 1 pack of 90 cm sheets + towels = 32 Euros/week. Optional cleaning fee 60 Euros
