In a small art-deco style residence, apartment of 38 m² on the 1st floor (no lift), for 4 people, facing East on the back of the residence so very quiet: An entrance, an open and equipped kitchen which overlooks the living room (washing machine, no dishwasher) with a bar separation and 4 stools (for taking meals), living area (games and books for children available, convertible sofa with 2 mattresses of 80cms, TV, WIFI), bathroom (WC, shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 hair dryer) , bedroom (140cms bed, closet and wardrobe). Baby equipment available: 1 high chair, 1 travel cot with mattress and mattress topper, 1 bath, 1 booster seat for the WC, 1 potty. No parking, no balcony and no terrace. Linen not provided, possibility of renting through the agency, eg: 1 pack of 160 cm sheets + towels = 42 Euros/week - 1 pack of 90 cm sheets + towels = 32 Euros/week. Optional cleaning fee 60 Euros Discovery of the natural environment of the Bassin d'Arcachon: the ports, the parks and the oyster huts, the source of the Abatilles, the beaches of the basin and the ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla, the Landes forest, the lakes. Sports (equestrian center, golf, water sports, cycling, etc.) or cultural activities (commented tour of the Quartier de la ville d'hiver, workshops for children and adults at the MAAT, theatre, cinema, exhibitions, concerts..) are rich in Arcachon.
