The entrance is via a staircase leading to a garden and a terrace of approximately 25 m² facing south. This beautiful apartment consists of a living room with a lounge/dining area: a 140 cm sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen: Fridge/freezer, 3 induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Senseo and traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster… A bathroom with a shower cubicle, a basin and a towel dryer, a separate WC; A cabin with a 140 cm bed, a cupboard/wardrobe, a flat screen TV.
