Arcachon - Residential area of Les Abatilles (local shops at 500m), studio cabin / Small Appartement in the residence "La Vacancerie", quiet location and close to Pereire beach (most beautiful beach in Arcachon, 1300 m or 6 mins by bike - 16 minutes on foot), from the Mauresque park (1000m) and from the town center (1.4 km). Apartment of 35 m² on the ground floor with private wooden terrace of 15 m² exposed North West overlooking green space: Large living room which opens onto the terrace (sofa bed 140 cm, round table for 4 people) with open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic hob, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, fridge freezer), a small bedroom / cabin (2 bunk beds 90cms + cupboard), a bathroom (shower, washbasin on cupboard, 1 towel dryer + WC) Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency, ex: 1 pack 140/160cm sheets + towels = 41€/week - 1 pack 90cm sheets + towels = 31€/week. Optional cleaning fee €60 Discovery of the natural environment of the Bassin d'Arcachon: ports, parks and oyster huts, the Abatilles source, the beaches of the basin and the ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla, Landes forest, the lakes. Sports (equestrian center, golf, water sports, cycling, etc.) or cultural activities (commented tour of the Quartier de la ville d'hiver, workshops for children and adults at the MAAT, theatre, cinema, exhibitions, concerts..) are rich in Arcachon. We also recommend visiting the magnificent city of Bordeaux, easily accessible by train or car, and its vineyards.
