ARCACHON, NOTRE-DAME / LA CROIX DES MARINS - Comfortable studio of 21 m² for 3 people, completely refurbished in June 2022, with outdoor space on the ground floor giving direct access to the sailors' jetty and the beach. Located on the floor of a small building, also refurbished, of which it is the only apartment, it is equipped with Internet / WIFI and consists of: - A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, 2 induction burners, extractor hood, small fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a lounge/dining area with 1 convertible sofa, television (only via a chromecast), table and chairs, a wardrobe column, a chest of drawers … Independent WC. - An enclosed sleeping area with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and vanity unit. - A large outdoor space on the ground floor, facing south-west, allowing you to take meals and others in the shade of an umbrella pine or a magnolia (garden furniture, chairs, umbrella, deckchairs and barbecue) . Cellar with washing machine and storage. Private parking space. Bike rack (provide anti-theft device). Ideally located with the beach and shops 50m away (bread, press, tobacco, pharmacy) and close to the cycle path. The accommodation is the annex of a house for 9 people in the 1st line overlooking the basin (ref. 501) on our website. Pets not allowed.
