A 12m² north-facing balcony with a table and chairs for meals and 2 armchairs. Quiet residence, closed box that can accommodate a small car and free parking in the street. Household linen not provided and animals accepted under certain conditions, non-smoking accommodation. Town center at 1km, beaches at 300m and close to amenities and cycle path.
