Balcony facing East / South with furniture and enjoying a nice view of the Arcachon basin. Internet / WIFI. Private parking space (access by beep). Swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). Immediate proximity to the auction, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundromat ...) and the beaches of Aiguillon. No pets please. Departure cleaning (following a “normal” and regular maintenance of the accommodation during the stay) and “cancellation” insurance (with optional membership, see general conditions) included.
