It has 5 bedrooms: A bedroom suite with shower room, dressing room and a 160 bed, on the ground floor 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with a 140 bed upstairs. these 3 bedrooms share a bathroom and a toilet on the landing. A bedroom with private bathroom and wc, air conditioning and 140 cm bed. On the ground floor you will have a large living-dining room, a kitchen, a large covered terrace which represents a real living room. Upstairs, a room serves as both an office and a games room. The house has a beautiful heated swimming pool, 9x5m, depth of 50cm to 1.8m, automatic rolling shutter makes it possible to secure the swimming pool for children who cannot swim. This swimming pool is surrounded by a magnificent wooden terrace with various garden furniture.
