The holidays begin as early as the arrival in front of the house. With its small bridge in front of the door, its awning sharp, and its like a large hut under the pine trees, this home exudes a charm that is redolent of summer and the laughter of children returning from the beach. Located along the small road that connects the Pyla-sur-Mer to la Teste-de-Buch, near the Pyla can get to the beach in 2 minutes, a 15-minute walk for the more courageous.
The ground being built on a dune, the villa is organized in a staircase on three levels following the slope of the terrain. A terrace of 100m2 on the ground floor is a true piece of living further where it is good to gather for meals around a barbecue. The house can accommodate comfortably 12 people with five double rooms and dormitory in the basement. Easy to live with, simply furnished but very open to the outside, it is a true family home, cheerful and bright.

The linens, towels, and bath sheets are provided. The beds are prepared just before your arrival. A weekly cleaning is included in rental, as well as the cleaning complete departure. We will also reserve a few touches of welcome: you will find toiletries in the bathrooms, and a small basket gourmet in the kitchen.
Area Description:
The Pyla-sur-Mer is a lovely seaside resort. Although this locality is located administratively in the immense territory of the commune of la Teste-de-Buch, Pyla-sur-Mer is geographically closest to the town of Arcachon, 5 km away.
The beach is located at the entrance of the Basin, facing the Banc d'arguin, with the famous dune du Pilat few hundred meters. There you will find many shops and small beach shops. The district and the pier Moulleau, with its welcoming terraces, is the ritual where the locals will take an ice cream in the evening, a few minutes from the house.
The pool, the ocean, the beach, forest, golf, bike rides : the Pyla will offer you the family vacation unforgettable.

NB: Our length of stay is usually 5 nights. However, we will accept requests for 2 or 3 nights, depending on certain pricing conditions. For any request of less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to revise the tariff conditions
