Very nice location for this spacious family villa in a quiet residential area and trees, just 200 metres from the beach of the Abatilles and the beach Pereire. The center is accessible on foot in 20 minutes or 5 minutes by car - you can park in front of the house.
The villa is arranged on 4 levels, the entry level being the upper level. The others follow the slope of the land, the salt swimming pool of 10x4 meters) is located on the lower level. A jacuzzi for 6 people, covered, offers a beautiful alternative to the pool all the time. At all levels, covered terraces furnished and balconies allow you to live outdoors and enjoy the view and green environment.

The linens, towels, and bath sheets are provided. The beds are prepared just before your arrival. A weekly cleaning is included in rental, as well as the cleaning complete departure. We will also reserve a few touches of welcome : you will find toiletries in the bathrooms, and a small basket gourmet in the kitchen. Optional services are available on request at the booking.
Area:
The villa is located in the south-west of the city centre, very close to the beach Pereire, at the entrance of the Arcachon Basin, providing a beautiful view on the Cap-Ferret. It is a very beautiful beach of fine sand in an environment of pine forest and lawn. There are also two clubs for the children as well as games. We will also have the possibility to rent parasols or sun loungers. The seaside promenade is particularly pleasant in the evening. A little further down but just as close, is the beach of the Abatilles, a spot famous for windsurfing.

NB: Our length of stay is usually 5 nights. However, we will accept requests for 2 or 3 nights, depending on certain pricing conditions. For any request of less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to revise the tariff conditions
