Situated at the end of a dead end, backing the forest, this villa enjoys a very quiet in a green setting. With its large well-maintained garden, salt swimming pool of 9x5 and its ground of balls, it offers an ideal holiday place for a family with children. The proximity to shopping (700 metres) and beaches (Dune du Pyla 4 km) is an additional asset.
The villa is bright, very neat, and there is quality equipment. It is organized on two levels, a ground floor overlooking the garden, with a beautiful terrace, and a garden.

The linens, towels, and bath sheets are provided. The beds are prepared just before your arrival. A weekly cleaning is included in rental, as well as the cleaning complete departure. We will also reserve a few touches of welcome : you will find toiletries in the bathrooms, and a small basket gourmet in the kitchen. Optional services are available on request at the booking.
La Teste-de-Buch is a large town between Basin forest and ocean. Attached to Arcachon, a commune is composed of three neighbourhoods : the village of The traditional Testing Center, the seaside resort of Pyla sur Mer and the village nautique de Cazaux. The villa is located 3 km from the centre, and 4 km of Pyla-sur-Mer, a charming seaside resort with a joy beach at the entrance to the Basin, facing the Banc d'arguin.
Climbing the Dune du Pyla, the highest in Europe with its 100 to 115 meters high, is an absolute must and a source of joy is always renewed to the children. Many activities await you in the surrounding area, more quiet (hiking, swimming, cycling, golf) to the more adventurous ( paragliding, snow sports, ULM, etc...)
NB: Our length of stay is usually 5 nights. However, we will accept requests for 2 or 3 nights, depending on certain pricing conditions. For any request of less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to revise the tariff conditions
